What you get:

During our time together, we will go over your child's health history, current symptoms, and view your child for the first 5-10 minutes. We will advise diagnostic tests to discover what is going on inside your child's body and use those to move forward with a plan of action to help shift behaviors.

We will follow up by sending you a video review of tests and our recommended plan of action. We will also schedule you for a 30 minute follow up visit to answer questions and discuss how we will proceed.

Nutrition Consult

The intention with the Nutrition Consult is to go over your child's health history, past and current autism symptoms and behaviors, and make recommendations for lab tests and nutrition changes that we feel will shift behaviors in a positive direction. We are intending to get to the root causes of the behaviors and correct the body dysfunction that allows the behaviors to persist.

Your child must be present (on the Zoom video call) for the first 10 minutes of the appointment. After that, s/he can go in another room or stay and do their own thing.

Please schedule at least 1 week into the future to allow yourself time to fill out a health history and symptoms forms.

Reschedule/Refund Information regarding your scheduled consult:

  • After you complete your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to you for your review - please use the link provided within your confirmation email to update your Credit Card Information if needed. 
  • If you cannot make your appointment at the scheduled time, please use our online calendar system to reschedule, within 48 hours of your appointment. All rescheduled appointments must be completed within one month of original scheduled date. After 2 cancellations, the consultation will be forfeited with no refund.
  • The consultation will begin and end at the appointed time, even if you call in late. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, the appointment with be forfeited with no refund.
  • No refunds if you do not show up within the appointed time frame and have not made prior arrangements with us at least 48 hours in advance.
