Reschedule/Refund Information regarding your scheduled session:

  • After you complete your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to you for your review - please use the link provided within your confirmation email to update your Credit Card Information if needed. 
  • If you cannot make your appointment at the scheduled time, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can reschedule it. All rescheduled appointments must be completed within one month of original scheduled date. After 2 cancellations, the consultation will be forfeited with no refund.
  • The consultation will begin and end at the appointed time, even if you call in late.
  • No refunds if you do not show up within the appointed time frame and have not made prior arrangements with us at least 48 hours in advance.
